We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer the following:

Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Type: Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Final Sale Items: Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@jrny.com with your order number and reason for return.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase.
Carriers & Methods: We ship via Canada Post and other major carriers. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Canada): Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 10–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages: JRNY is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
